Terms of Service

Main Website


  • User Terms
  • Each individual may only create one account.
  • Only one account may be created per IP.
  • You may not use false information in order to obtain referrals.
  • You may not use any sort of proxy when signing up and/or logging in to your account.
  • All users must have a reasonable understanding of the English language including the ability to both read and communicate in correct English.
  • Suspended members may not attempt to re-register on Clicksius.
  • Members from China (including Hong Kong, Taiwan and Macau) are not currently allowed to join Clicksius
    • Failure to uphold these terms may lead to the suspension of you account.

  • Payments
  • Payments are made both to Clicksius and to users by PayPal and AlertPay.
  • You may request your payment once you have reached the minimum payout of $1.00.
  • After requesting your payment, it will be sent within 10 days but will usually be sent within 48 hours.
  • In the event of a PayPal/AlertPay fund imbalance, payments may take longer than usual. If this event occurs, an announcement will be made in the forum regarding the payment delay. At least one payment processer will always be available to request payments from.

  • Refunds
  • All payments to Clicksius are non-refundable.
  • If a user attempts a chargeback in order to recieve a refund, their account will be suspended.
  • Chargebacks are taken very seriously and will be followed up accordingly through the appropriate processor.

  • Paid to Promote (PTP)
  • Your 'Signup Score' is the ratio of PTP hits to users referred.
  • If your Signup Score exeeds 1800, your PTP earnings may be removed and/or your account suspended.
  • For example, a user with 5,000 PTP hits and 2 users referred has a Signup Score of 2,500 and would therefore be violating the Terms of Service.
  • A user with 5,000 PTP hits and 3 users referred would be within the Signup Score cut-off and would therefore not be violating the Terms of Service.

  • Cheating
    If a user is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, Clicksius maintains the right to forfeit all earnings and/or suspend the user in question without notification. Cheating may include (but is not limited to) the following:
  • Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
  • Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
  • Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.

  • Privacy
    Clicksius does not condone spamming and will not give your information to any third-party. The only emails you may recieve from Clicksius contain important updates and/or issues.

  • Inactive Accounts
    If your account has been inactive for more than 60 days, its earnings may be removed and any advertising credits retracted, however it will not be deleted.

  • Advertising Terms
    The website being advertised must not:
  • Contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
  • Contain any frame breakers.
  • Contain any other language other than English.
  • Contain or promote any viruses.
  • Contain any promts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
  • Exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit.
  • Allow its single popup/popunder open any new windows.
  • Allow its single popup/popunder to break any of the above terms.

  • Subject to Change
    Clicksius reserves the right to change these terms at any moment in time with or without the notification. It is the user's responibility to maintain an up to date knowledge of the rules and regulations set out by the terms.

    • Forum

  • No vulgar, illegal, adult, or offensive language may be used on the forum or in private messages.
  • Clicksius has a zero tolerance spam policy. Offenders may be granted warnings or may simply be suspended from the forum and/or the main site altogether.
  • If applicable, all rules regarding the main site also count on the forum.
  • All posts must be made in the correct board. Read each board description to determine where to post.
    • Failure to uphold these terms may lead to the suspension of you account.
